Life of a Wall street worker
FrustratedAfter the closing of a well known and Loved RP forum, I decided to offer a forum I had made months before to all to come to. We're there now. The site plot was written months before for a character of mine. So here we all are now, and like almost always I am the youngest on the board which in it's self isn't an issue, it becomes an issue though when it seems I need to hold the hands of members older then I and demand site peace. Everything becomes an issue, from the c-box to the In character games. I can scream lets be friends and lets have site peace all I want and yet it does no good. Childish behavior is what it is. This person said this and it was taken like that, or this person now wants his character to be the person the plot was written about and will stop at nothing to try to get his own way.. And when my Pm box isn't filling up with complaints about other members my msn is blinking it's way to a heart attack. Sad part of it all is these are people I've been RPing with for two years now, in someway or another I know them on a personal level, that my friends; makes things so much harder. So what to do, well I do what I do best and I go and have myself a short baby moment ( My way of saying I went to go cry )because yes another sad fact I've been doing that a lot also this past week. Things aren't always so easy when your friends are complaining to you about your other friends and they are all giving you the Ban them or we leave threats. Then we can top that all off with them asking me to read and tell them what I think of threads as I am doing the daily maintenance on the site or my summer school work. They seem to forget that Owning and running a site is more then just saying hey I am admin and making posts. So here I am frustrated, annoyed, ready to pull my hair from my scalp, feeling like an overworked Stock broker, who just screwed a major clients portfolio. When Life hands you lemons make lemonade, right? Well My Lemonade is really sour =\
On to School starting in three weeks and Yes I am actually glad. Entering high School is certainly nerve racking but I am looking forward to the challenges that come with it. (not so much the everyday pep rallies,).
For Now I bid Ado to all and it's back off to the Harry Potter site I go. I have some posts to do now that my day's work is done.
